The Science of Search Engine Optimization
A lot of small business owners, when they hear about search engine optimization this of two this.
First they think of the pesky calls they get from people trying to sell then search engine optimization services. Most of these calls are from companies in far away countries, outside of Canadian laws, and with possibly shady or at least nebulous business practices.
The other thing, many small business owners think about is, first, how can they actually get ranked high in the search engines, next, what would they have to learn to do it themselves, or who could they get, that would be reliable, approachable, and affordable to do it for them.
Blackwing Coffee Bar – My Office Away from the Office
Like many small businesses over the last decade or two, the trend has been to work from home, more and more, kind of like having your office away from the office.
And if you're a one or two person company, an office in your home may be all you ever need.
It's affordable, there's no commute, so it's convenient, and hopefully comfortable.
I've had offices in shared office centers, and even rented large offices in high-rise office buildings when it was necessary.
Both those were days when I had dozens or more people working for me in my corporate life.
Tesla Opens Supercharger Station in Cambridge, Ontario
I was driving out of the Cambridge SmartCentres the other day, and I noticed that there was a new section, near the entrance on the North side of Pinebush Road, just west of Highway 24, in the parking lot near the Michaels Store.
Its what Tesla is calling it a Supercharger station, for charging electric vehicles.
It's the largest one of these I've seen so far, with about 15 separate charging stations.
These stations are designed for Tesla vehicles but it is my understanding there are adapters available for purchase to allow other brand vehicles, such as Nissan Leaf to use Tesla stations.
